  • Job Position: Labourer
  • Location: Oxfordshire
  • Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Installing UFH using our floor Milling technique.
  • Making channels in floor using a milling machine.
  • Assisting with laying of pipe within the floor channels.
  • Manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving of materials.
  • Operating basic hand tools and machinery as required.
  • Following safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Collaboration with team members to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Reporting of any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Experience and Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on responsibilities.
Salary: Depends on Experience.
